Lady Midnight

In the book Lady Midnight, the author, Cassandra Clare, uses a lot of emotion to show how the characters were affected. Emma’s parents died and she can’t stop looking to find out what happened. Cassandra Clare shows Emma’s emotion through hate and confusion towards the Clave it reacting. She also shows emotion through how Emma relies on others to help her.

Cassandra Clare gets the readers action through introducing a new world to people. She created a word with faeries, vampires, werewolves, demons, and shadowhunters. All of these things together created something people wanted to know about and learn about.
